Tim joined Lincoln Property Company at the beginning of 2018 as a Market

Research Associate to provide market research coverage of the Washington, DC

and Baltimore metropolitan areas. He spent a year supporting the Maryland leasing

team by providing market intelligence in the form of statistics, lease comps, market

reports and gathering data from multiple resources to benefit the LPC brokers and

clients. He is currently a member of the Washington D.C. and Maryland leasing

teams and represents both landlords and tenants throughout the area. His

experience ranges from working on existing office and industrial buildings, as well

as ground-up development sites.

Prior to LPC, Tim worked at Corporate Executive Board (CEB) as a Business

Development Specialist for 18 months, focusing on mid-market, high-growth

organizations. A native of Potomac, MD, Tim graduated from Gonzaga College

High School in Washington, D.C. in 2012. He went on to graduate from Wake

Forest University in 2016 with a Bachelors of Arts in Economics.
