Prior to joining Lincoln, Nathan was vice president at Transwestern as well as assistant vice president at HBW Group, where he represented both tenants and landlords in the Washington, D.C., metro area. Earlier in his career, Nathan worked as an associate at EDGE Commercial Real Estate.
With 10 years of experience providing commercial real estate advisory services, Nathan prides himself on strong communications skills that have helped foster long-term business relationships. Some of his landlord clients have included: Willco, Brookfield Properties, Lerner Enterprises, Ronald D. Paul Companies, The Tower Companies, DSC Partners, and Buchanan Partners.
