P: 202.513.6713Merrill has been with Lincoln Property Company since 1999. Merrill is co-leader of Lincoln Property Company’s Washington, D.C. leasing group and all of its D.C. leasing activities. Merrill represents office owners, local developers and tenants in the leasing and marketing of commercial office space. Since 1999, Merrill has completed over 10 million square feet of leases valued at $1.3B involving landlord and tenant representation. Merrill supports multiple local charitable organizations and serves on the Executive Committee of Winners Lacrosse.
Merrill graduated from the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill in 1997 and was co-captain of the men’s lacrosse team. Merrill currently lives with his wife, daughter, and son in Alexandria, Virginia.
