P: 410.659.1234 ext. 14Margee is a Managing Director of Lincoln Property Company’s Property Management for the Mid-Atlantic portfolio with over 20 years of real estate experience. Since joining Lincoln Property Company, Margee has been responsible for the overall operation of the Baltimore and Maryland region, encompassing over 5 million square feet of industrial, flex, retail, and office product. Her current responsibilities include: overseeing the Mid-Atlantic property management portfolios and their property management personnel, developing annual budgets and monthly reports, supervising quality assurance in operations and maintenance, and directing leasing staff.
Prior to joining Lincoln Property Company, Margee was a Property Manager with Trammell Crow Company. Margee has received a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Baltimore.
