Lisa is a member of the LPC’s Property Management senior team and was promoted Vice President in 2006.  Lisa joined Lincoln Property Company in 1990 shortly after graduating Magna Cum Laude from Marymount University with a Bachelor of Arts degree.  During her tenure with Lincoln, Lisa has provided real estate services to institutional clients for Class A high rise commercial office buildings, distressed REO properties, retail centers, and industrial facilities.

Lisa has assisted with acquisition evaluations and disposition efforts during the acquisition/sale of many of these properties. As a property manager, Lisa managed the transition of fourteen (14) new property management accounts, including commissioning two base building developments. As part of these new assignment transitions, Lisa and her team prepared interim and annual budgets, abstracted tenant leases, evaluated and bid service contracts, hired staff, completed unbilled operating expense reconciliations and established on-site management offices.

Currently overseeing a 720,000 square foot Class A office project in Arlington, Lisa is responsible for all financial and operational aspects of the portfolio, including annual budgeting, monthly financial reporting, tenant retention, tenant construction administration and long-term capital programs.
