Kevin joined Lincoln Property Company in 2013 and is currently a Senior Vice President. Kevin is a construction manager with 26 years of experience and success managing, estimated and overseeing all phases of pre-construction budgeting/bidding/construction of tenant construction. Kevin has extensive experience manage an estimating department of up to nine estimators in commercial tenant interior and ground up commercial projects.

Prior to joining Lincoln Property Company Kevin worked for M2 Construction as an Estimator/Project Manager and Dietze Construction Group as the Executive Vice President of Estimating.

Kevin is SWPPP Certified, Green Advantage Certified and holds a Real Estate License in the state of Virginia.
