P: 703.2845875Mr. Polk joined Lincoln Property Company in 1999 and is a Project Controller. Mr. Polk is located in the Washington, DC metropolitan area and manages a portfolio of 50+ properties – commercial, retail & warehouse space. He also provided supervision and direction to a team of 17 accountants.
Mr. Polk was employed at American Online as a Principal Financial Analyst where he was responsible for financial reporting and budget management.
Mr. Polk holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from George Mason University and a Bachelor of Art in History from Bard College.
