John joined Lincoln Property Company in 2001 and serves as a Vice President of Property Management. John oversees a current portfolio of 3 million square feet of commercial and retail real estate located in Washington, DC. During his 20 year tenure in property management, John has coordinated the commissioning of new development projects, transitioned many new property management assignments into the portfolio, assisted clients with due diligence research in preparation for the acquisition of commercial real estate projects, and assisted clients with the disposition of their investment properties. Specific responsibilities over his career include: direct management and oversight of budgeting, building and tenant construction projects, building renovation projects, staff hiring, accounts payable and receivable, tenant relations programs, and other property management related functions.
John also currently serves as a board member for the Golden Triangle Business Improvement District in Washington, DC.
