Jed Prossner joined Lincoln Property Company in October of 2011. He brings over five years of real estate experience to Arlington’s Tenant Representation Services Team.
Mr. Prossner specializes in the real estate needs of businesses, NGO’s and governmental units in the DC, Virginia, and Maryland markets. Mr. Prossner has transacted over 200,000 SF of transactions in the DC and Virginia markets. He focuses on representing clients’ needs in lease and purchase relocations, acquisitions, consolidations and renegotiations of commercial office space. With his knowledge of the Washington, DC, Virginia, and Baltimore markets, he is able to provide strategic planning, negotiations and relocation services to his clients.
Previously, Mr. Prossner was employed at Jones Lang LaSalle as a leasing agent in tenant representation. Mr. Prossner transacted one of the largest DC sublease deals in 2009 with New Organizing Institute. Over the course of five years, Mr. Prossner has worked with numerous clients and organizations.
Prossner was a 3x All American Lacrosse player at UNC and the only Lacrosse player to ever receive the Patterson Medal.
