Greg joined Lincoln Property Company in 1998 and is currently a Senior Vice President. Greg works on new development projects and also manages Lincoln’s Construction Management Department. For new development projects, Greg hires the consultants, oversees the design process, prepares development budgets, works with local jurisdictions and expediters to obtain entitlements and permits, prepares bid packages, hires contractors, and then manages the construction process through final completion. The Construction Management team that Greg manages is involved in Tenant and Capital Improvement projects at the majority of projects managed by Lincoln as well as providing construction management services directly to tenants.

Prior to joining Lincoln, Greg worked for several large General Contractors in the Washington, DC area. Greg received a Bachelor of Architectural Engineering degree from The Pennsylvania State University.
