P: 202.962.0446Felicia joined Lincoln Property Company in 2000 and serves as Director of LINC Tenant Engagement Services as well as Property Management Portfolio Manager. Felicia is responsible for business, financial, personnel, and management aspects of a 600K SF, which includes 2 non-profit agencies (LeadingAge and Family Research Council) in Washington DC including preparing, implementing and adhering to the approved strategic plans, budgets, coordinating, and leading the management and staff, and monitoring the supervision of the day-to-day activities of the property staff in delivering services and support to the client and tenants. As Director of LINC Tenant Engagement Services, Felicia serves as the primary liaison with the Client and leads staff in the coordination of services and activities, financials, vendor selection, and all building operations.
Felicia has been with Lincoln Property Company for a total of 18 years. Prior to being a Portfolio Manager in Washington, DC, Felicia was a Property Manager with Lincoln Property Company for 4 years in Dallas, TX. During this time, Felicia assumed a part-time status and accompanied her husband, who is active duty military for 2 years while on a deployment in South Korea.
