P: 703.284.3364Ben Hickey joined Lincoln in 2016 and currently serves as an Associate within the firm’s Washington, D.C. Office group.
His core responsibilities include working for the Tenant Advisory Group and Government Services Group. In this capacity, Bens’s day-to-day activities include canvassing and contacting new clients, researching, and analyzing market trends in the D.C. region, as well as assisting the brokerage/leasing team with preparing client materials. He has been working with tenants throughout D.C., MD, & VA since 2016 to help them find the best address for their office space needs. Additionally, Ben works with the GSA team to identify national opportunities through the governments’ advertisement portal.
Ben is from Dallas, Texas, and graduated from the University of Texas in Austin. Prior to graduating, Ben spent summers working with Lincoln Rackhouse, the data center leasing & development arm of LPC, assisting with their online colocation website & leasing efforts.
