OPower, Inc. has just signed a lease at Courthouse Tower, 1515 N Courthouse Road in Arlington (Courthouse submarket), Virginia to lease the entire 7th and 8th floors totaling 42,128 square feet. Neil Alt with Lincoln Property Company represented the landlord’s advisor, Kennedy Associates Real Counsel, LP and Matt Coursen, Harry Klaff and Brian McMullan with Jones Lang LaSalle represented OPower.
According to Neil Alt, “OPower is currently leasing space in Courthouse Tower as a subtenant and this transaction represents a significant expansion for OPower and a commitment to move forward on a prime basis with the ownership”.
Courthouse Tower is a Class A, 250,000 square foot office building built in 2000 and recently achieved LEED Silver for existing buildings by the U.S. Green Building Council.
