The Executive Building Welcomes TD Bank

Lincoln Property Company leased 5,317 square feet of The Executive Building to TD Bank, which will be the retail anchor at 1030 15th St. N.W., Washington, D.C.

TD Bank, one of the 15 largest commercial banks in the United States, will occupy the first floor of the newly renovated building located at the corners of 15th and L streets N.W. The branch opens on Friday, April 30.

The Executive Building, a 12-story, class A office building, is owned by INVESCO. The bank is located in a busy commercial corridor one block from the McPherson Square Metro station and just over two blocks from the Farragut North Metro station.

Joe Falcone, senior vice president of retail services for Lincoln Property Company represented INVESCO, and Andrew G. Segall, of the Segall Group, represented the tenant. “TD Bank is a premier financial institution and this location in bustling downtown Washington will enable its customers to have greater access to its services,” Falcone said. “It was a pleasure to work with TD Bank and help them expand their footprint in the Greater Washington region.”
