Merrill Turnbull and Paul Danko of Lincoln Property Company represented Invesco, the building's ownership, in securing an expansion by PartsChannel of 25,160 sq. ft. in addition to their 33,550-sq.ft. lease renewal, bringing PartsChannel’s total square footage leased to 58,710 sq.ft.

Merrill Turnbull of Lincoln Property Company represented the building's ownership in securing a direct lease of 57,604 sq. ft. to the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID). Turnbull and Brent Prossner of Lincoln Property also represented the building’s ownership in a renewal of 15,558 sq. ft. by SAIC, and 22,749 sq.ft. by SRA International, Inc.

Elaine Clancy, formerly the director of leasing for the National Capitol Region at the General Services Administration, has joined Lincoln Property Company. Ms. Clancy will be based in the Washington, DC office and will lead a national team focused on providing services to federal, state or local government agencies or to landlords with those tenants in their buildings.
