Lincoln Property Company Welcomes Paul Danko

Lincoln Property Company welcomes their new Senior Vice President of Maryland Leasing, Paul Danko. He is responsible for overseeing and managing the operations of LPC’s Greater Baltimore Region.

Prior to that he was Managing Member of Paddington Properties, a Baltimore based real estate development company specializing in the redevelopment of automobile dealerships. He opened the Baltimore office of The Staubach Company in 2003 and was the leader of Staubach’s Industrial Services Practice Group in the Northeast Region. Paul worked at the Trammell Crow Company from 1999 to 2003 and began his career with CB Commercial Real Estate Group, Inc. in Baltimore in 1988. The “Baltimore Business Journal” recognized Paul as the Co-Number 1 Real Estate Agent in the Baltimore area for closed transactions in 2004.

He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Relations from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He is a past member of the Maryland Economic Development Commission and is very active in the community. Paul played on the 1981 and 1982 NCAA Division I National Championship Lacrosse Teams at UNC.
