Brandon Ernst, Senior Vice President of Property Management at Lincoln Property Company, recently took over the property management for Pembroke Real Estate Inc.’s Washington, DC portfolio. Pembroke Real Estate, a real estate investor and development advisor, was in search of new leadership for four buildings in Northwest Washington, D.C. The buildings combined to total 736,105 square feet. Two of the buildings are adjacent properties located at K Street and Vermont Ave, N.W. At 1000 Vermont Ave, N.W., the 12-story office space consists of 78,365 square feet; and at 1010 Vermont Ave, N.W. , there are 11 floors consisting of 63,456 square feet. The third building is at 1201-1225 New York Ave, N.W. and con¬sists of 13 floors with 413,194 square feet. The prop¬erty at 1801 Pennsylvania Ave, N.W. has 12 floors with 181,090 square feet. This building, located two blocks from the White House, was Pembroke Real Estate’s first acquisition in the nation’s capital. All of the locations are prominent buildings that also house several federal agencies, such as the U.S. Depart¬ment of Interior, the U.S. Department of Homeland Security and the U.S. Office of Government Ethics.
