LPC Pens Three New Leases at 2001 Pennsylvania Ave

Lincoln Property Company is pleased to announce the recent leases totaling 10,467 square feet on behalf of Louis Dreyfus Properties to Cornerstone Real Estate Advisors, LLC, National Cooperative Bank and Arnall Golden Gregory LLP.

Cornerstone Real Estate Advisors, LLC is a flagship of the Cornerstone organization. Founded in 1994 to manage MassMutual’s equity real estate investments, Cornerstone has grown organically and through acquisition to become one of the world’s largest real estate advisors.

National Cooperative Bank (NCB) provides financial services and coop loans to U.S. cooperatives and their members, nonprofits and other member-owned organizations.

Arnall Golden Gregory LLP is a law firm that serves the business needs of growing public and private companies. Through mergers and acquisitions, capital markets financing, strategic alliances, joint ventures, litigation and other business-related guidance, the firm helps clients across a broad range of industries turn legal challenges into business opportunities.

2001 Pennsylvania Avenue, NW is a 157,666 SF Class A Office Building located in the CBD Submarket in DC and is currently 80% leased.
