Lincoln Takes 4040 Wilson to 95% Leased In A Matter of Months 

Lincoln Property Company’s Virginia Office Leasing team has led 4040 Wilson in Arlington, Virginia, from 60 percent to 95 percent leased since taking on the property at the end of 2021. Under Lincoln’s oversight, this 185,000-square-foot, mixed-use Ballston property now only has two spec suites and 8,000 square feet of vacancy remaining.

Within the last 8 months, Lincoln’s signed tenants include Analytic Services, Inc. (ANSER), Garrett Group, Inc., Parallax Advanced Research, Pointe Advisory, and Voltera Power.

In addition to ANSER, Parallax Advanced Research expanded its operations to include a Washington, DC office location in 4040 Wilson in fall 2022. Pointe Advisory leased 8,500 square feet of space this past winter, Voltera Power signed on for 3,500 square feet in March, and Garrett Group leased 3,000 square feet in April. Two remaining spec suites are ready to welcome tenants, measuring 5,854 and 2,424 square feet, respectively.
