Lincoln Property is pleased to share that William Ruppe has joined the company’s Government Services Group in Washington, D.C. as Assistant Vice President. William will be responsible for executing GSA lease transactions throughout the Washington, D.C. metropolitan region, as well as seeking out opportunities nationally in the federal leasing arena with other Lincoln offices across the country.
“William’s impressive GSA experience is going to be a huge asset for Lincoln,” said Brandon Ernst, Senior Executive Vice President of Lincoln’s Washington, D.C. region. “We’ve had immense growth in the government sector in the past year, and we’re excited to be bolstering our resources for our clientele.”
Prior to joining Lincoln, William worked as an Associate with Jones Lang LaSalle’s (JLL) Public Institutions group in Washington, D.C. At JLL, he was responsible for representing the General Services Administration (GSA) in Regions 1, 2, 3, and most notably 11, the National Capital Region, where he served as the lead transaction manager. William has leased over 3 million square feet on behalf of GSA, representing Agencies across the Department of Justice, Department of Homeland Security, and Department of Defense. Additionally, he has represented the U.S. Mint and Veterans Administration outside the GSA broker contract.
