Lincoln Property Company is pleased to announce the recent addition to its property management and leasing portfolio: 1500 K Street, N.W., on behalf of Grosvenor Fund Management. Senior Vice President John Benziger will be responsible for leasing the property and Brandon Ernst, Executive Vice President for Lincoln, will oversee the property management.

Benziger says, “I’m pleased to be expanding our relationship with Grosvenor at such an outstanding asset as the Southern Railway Building.”
The Southern Railway Building is an eleven-story, 243,066 rsf Class A office building positioned on the southwest corner of 15th and K Streets, NW at McPherson Square in Washington, D.C. The building is centrally located three blocks from the White House and within walking distance of the McPherson Square Metro station.
