The leases include: Fairfax Publishing Company – 918 sq. ft.; Newport Enterprises – 797 sq. ft.; BCA Enterprises – 1,416 sq. ft.; Veterans Management Services, Inc. – 2,269 sq. ft.; Dr. Paul & Karen Callahan – 2,823 sq. ft.; Electronic Transaction Systems – 1,350 sq. ft.; and Dr. David Pfohl – 1,815 sq. ft. Eamon McCrann, Karen Wright and Chris Dyson of Lincoln Property Company represented Marcus Partners.
Countryside Office Park, located in an amentity rich shopping center in the Route 28 North submarket, totals 88,738 square feet, with 49,000 sq. ft. of office space available. Since Marcus Partners purchased the properties in November 2011 they have invested over $1 million dollars into improving the buildings, including: renovating the common area lobbies and elevator corridors, creating new modern elevator cabs, restroom enhancements, upgrading the HVAC systems, creating new parking areas, upgrading to first class landscaping and exterior cosmetic improvements.
