Lincoln Property Company is pleased to announce the hiring of Joe Mehok as Director of Research for the company’s Washington, D.C. region. Joe will oversee the research staff in providing up-to-date market intelligence, market reports, and compiling commercial data from various sources for benefit of Lincoln brokers and clients.
Joe was most recently the Senior Research Analyst for the Washington, D.C. market at Grubb & Ellis. Prior to that he worked at CoStar Group for ten years, first as a Research Analyst, and then as a Research Manager.
