Lincoln Property Company Chosen to Manage and Lease PENN 95 Commerce Center in Upper Marlboro, MD

Upper Marlboro, MD, April 23, 2018 – Lincoln Property Company has been retained to exclusively manage and lease a new Class A warehouse/distribution center in Upper Marlboro, Maryland, located at 8210 Penn Randall Place.

The 167,500 SF building is located just 10 minutes outside of Washington, D.C., north of Joint Base Andrews at the Route 4 / I-495 / I-95 Intersection. The vacancy consists of 15 existing docks with 28’ clear height, 211 free surface parking spaces, and 18 trailer drops. Currently, Penn 95 has 100,730 SF rentable area available with LED lighting, ESFR sprinklers, and the ability to add 27 total docks.
