Lincoln Property Company Announces Lease by Atlantic Council at The Executive Building

Washington, D.C., (November 8, 2012) – Lincoln Property Company is pleased to announce the recent lease of 27,594 sq. ft. by The Atlantic Council of the United States at The Executive Building, located at 1030 – 15th Street, NW.  The building is owned by Invesco’s Core Fund and managed by Lincoln Property Company, with 82,779 sq. ft. remaining on multiple floors.  This transaction was handled for the owner by John Benziger, Ed Gilpin and Adam Biberaj of Lincoln Property Company; Kurt Haglund and Dan Sheridan of Jones Lang LaSalle represented the tenant.
