Lincoln Property Company is pleased to announce that John Marvin Jones II has joined the company as Senior Vice President. His primary responsibility will be to lead Lincoln’s Washington, D.C. leasing group and all of its D.C. leasing activities as well as interface with clients. Mr. Jones has been a commercial real estate broker and consultant for 30 years in the D.C. area. From 1983 to 1999, he worked at Smithy Braedon*ONCOR International, serving as Principal and Manager. From 1999 to 2003 he was a Senior Vice President at Grubb & Ellis. From 2003 to 2013 he was Principal of his own firm, JM Jones & Associates, LLC.
Mr. Jones has represented clients such as The Business Roundtable, Allied Signal, The Mobil Corporation, Cummins Inc., Riggs National Bank, National Geographic Society, United Technologies, Venable LLP, the Bipartisan Policy Center, Communications Satellite Corporation (COMSAT), Capital Automotive, Gallaudet University and many non-profit organizations.
