Situated on 91 acres of land, The Star is a $1.5 billion mixed-use development in Frisco, Texas and is a unique partnership between the Dallas Cowboys, the City of Frisco and Frisco Independent School District. The project features 225,000 SF of retail space including 28 restaurants and bars, a 60,000 SF state-of-the-art fitness facility called Cowboy Fit, a 12,000-seat (expandable to 22,000 seats for music events) muti-use event center, a 300 key Omni hotel with 15,000 SF of event space, and a 170 key luxury apartment living center.

LPC was selected to master plan, develop, manage, and lease the project. The mixed-use development opened in 2015 and is currently 99% leased and demands 40% higher rates in the HQ building than competitive sets.
