In partnership with the Lincoln team, Ownership implemented a capital improvement plan that included a robust renovation of the lobby, common corridors, bathrooms, elevator cabs, and HVAC. The plan also included a full build out of a state-of-the-art fitness center. The Lincoln team has successfully signed 95,000 sf of leases since MRP/Artemis Realty Partners initial purchase.
