The Challenge: searching for 14,000 sf, below market rental rate, near a Metro Stop, with free rent, and meeting and event space in the building or rooftop deck.

The Solution: Toured over 30 locations and the decision came down to three sites.  We were able to negotiate for the second floor space that had a balcony free of charge, roof top deck and conference center in the building, with fantastic vies of Dupont Circle.

Services Provided: This is the fourth lease transaction where John Olson has represented Rock Creek and accomplished its goals. Helped with Site selection, Analysis, Lease negotiation, interviewed Attorneys, Architects, Contractors and the Construction process.
