Lincoln’s full team of experts took part in the repositioning of this asset, beginning when Pillsbury vacated in 2017, which left the building 100% vacant. The reposition plan included a full restructuring and renovation of the lobby, an addition of a beautiful rooftop terrace, an all new fitness center, elevator cabs, and a robust tenant lounge on the 2nd floor. It also included a brand new entryway plaza, and an all-glass entry door system, bringing the project to Class A status. Lincoln’s team were able to lease up substantially shortly after renovations were delivered. It is now at 97% leased.
