Goodstone purchased the two-building project from TA Realty in 2018 for $9.3M ($166 PSF). They executed a renovation to the building lobbies, common corridors and bathrooms, improved the exterior of the building with pergola and outdoor seating, then executed an aggressive spec suite program. Goodstone hired Lincoln to lease the property in May 2020. Lincoln engaged in a creative marketing program during the height of Covid-19 to drive leasing for the delivered spec suites. LPC successfully leased up the spec suites and finalized a 20,000 SF lease with Toll Brothers to bring the project to 98% leased. Goodstone is executing on their strategy for the property and is taking the project out to sale with Cushman & Wakefield.
