Biography:
Damon joined Lincoln Property Company in 2004. Damon is the Human Resources Administrator and assistant to Nancy Hogin, Lincoln's Vice President of Human Resources for the Northeast commercial region. Damon's responsibilities include assisting with all aspects of Human Resources including: payroll, benefits, and working as the first responder to any Human Resources related inquiries for over 400 employees in the Northeast region. In addition to his role with Human Resources, Damon also works as an Executive Assistant to Lincoln's leasing Vice Presidents located in the Executive Office at 101 Constitution Avenue. Damon is a DC native, and prior to joining Lincoln, he worked for Verizon for thirteen (13) years as a Service Assistant where he excelled in the Customer Service arena. Damon is also currently pursuing his Certification as a Professional in Human Resources.
