Lincoln Property Company welcomes their new Vice President of Retail Thomas Jackman. Thomas joined Lincoln Property Company in the fall of 2009 to help expand the Retail Services Group. He focuses in marketing and leasing of Lincoln's retail portfolio, comprised of two million plus square feet of urban, mixed use, grocery anchored and ground up developments of institutional owners, local owners and developers. In addition to owner representation, he specializes in coordinating tenant representation services through the acquisition, disposition, relocation and leasing of national, regional and local tenants.
Prior to joining Lincoln Property Company, Thomas worked for CB Richard Ellis' Retail Group in research and brokerage services from 2004 to 2009. Thomas graduated from St. Joseph's University in 2004 with a BS in Finance.
