Lincoln was proud to support the Paralyzed Veterans of America as a sponsor and team participant at the second annual PVA Golf Open on June 8th, 2009. The event was held at held at Belle Haven in Alexandria, Virginia where participants included: paralyzed veterans, members of Congress, senior Congressional staff, military and government officials, and corporate representatives. Every dollar raised went directly to support Paralyzed Veterans' vocational rehabilitation programs, which provide veterans with the opportunity to improve their quality of life through full participation in society, maintain an effective level of psychological adjustment, contribute their talents to the work force, and achieve better financial security.
