  • The Executive BuildingThe Executive Building1030 15th Street, NW

    This property is a renovated twelve (12) story, 175,000 square foot 1968 building that is attached to a new twelve (12) story, 150,000 square foot building, resulting in 28,000 square foot floors with a seamless transition inside and out and larger ground floor Class "A" lobby.

  • Lincoln Park IILincoln Park II - Buildings A & C3072 & 3074 Centreville Road

    These 2-story, tilt-up office buildings are approximately 100,000 square feet each and have 50,000 square foot floor plates divided into 25,000 square foot wings. The space is virtually column free with only perimeter and core columns. These buildings are part of an overall five (5) building office campus (totaling approximately 500,000 square feet) with one building remaining to be built.

  • Navy League Building2300 Wilson Boulevard

    This seven (7) story, 214,000 square foot project is a Silver LEED certified building.  Lincoln Property Company was hired as a development consultant to help a project that was stalled in the ground and behind schedule.

  • Westory Annex607 14th Street, N.W.

    Lincoln Property Company was engaged as a development manager for an eleven (11) story addition to an existing building with one (1) level of below garage retail and three (3) levels of parking.  We also expanded and integrated the top five (5) floors of existing law firms seamlessly into the new project.

  • Lincoln 4958420 Westphalia Road

    Lincoln Crossroads is a 153,700 square foot flex/industrial project situated directly on I-95/495 on the Washington, DC beltway. The building is rear-load designed for bulk distribution and/or flex office space with a clear height of 28' and 50' x 50' typical column spacing.

  • Maritime Plaza I & II1201 M Street & 1220 12th Street, SE

    A five (5) phase project including: four (4) office buildings and one (1) hotel complex totaling 900,000 square feet.  Two (2) 5-story office buildings have been built on a listed Brownfield site that employed minority construction and a DC sponsored “first source agreement” that utilized local DC residents for the labor pool.

  • Lincoln Park III13857 McLearen Road, Dulles International Centre

    This five (5) story, 200,000 square foot project consists of 40,000 square foot floor plates divided into two (2) 20,000 square foot wings.  The space is virtually column free, amply powered and suited for most high-tech users in the Dulles Corridor.

  • Lincoln CrossroadsLincoln Crossroads I, II, & III7481, 7461, & 7451 Coca-Cola Drive

    This project was a three (3) building industrial park totaling 725,000 square feet, which included a 460,000 square foot cross-deck, 215,000 square foot rear-load, and a 50,000 square foot flex building on a 64 acre site with ample trailer storage and excellent access to I-95. The project's clear heights measure up to 32' with 50' x 50' as typical column spacing.
